STEAM Enrichment Classes
Our drop-off STEAM enrichment classes are designed to ignite young students' curiosity and passion for science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. These classes offer hands-on, interactive learning experiences that encourage exploration and critical thinking. Through engaging projects, students might build simple machines, conduct experiments, or program basic robots, allowing them to apply theoretical concepts in practical ways. Our classses foster collaboration and communication skills as children work in teams to solve problems and share their findings. By integrating these subjects, STEAM education helps cultivate a mindset of innovation and creativity, preparing students for future academic pursuits and real-world challenges.
We are excited to offer two engaging classes tailored to different age groups, ensuring that learning is both fun and effective for every participant.
STEAM (Ages 7-10)
STEAM (Ages 11-14)
Each class is 1.5 hours long and structured to provide a dynamic environment where students can explore new concepts, connect with peers, and build lasting friendships. Join us for an enriching experience that caters specifically to the unique needs of each age group!
Exciting times are ahead at Brighten Learning Center for the 2025-2026 school year! Beginning this August, we are thrilled to expand our homeschool offerings based on your valuable feedback. In addition to our popular drop-in STEAM classes, we are introducing project-based learning days and a new class designed specifically for our youngest learners, ages 5–6.
On Tuesdays, students can engage in monthly STEAM units (ages 7-10) and project-based learning tailored for ages 10–14.
Wednesdays will feature a delightful Storybook STEM + Social Play session for 5–6 year olds, as well as a multi-age (7-14) STEAM drop-in class.
Our Thursday schedule will continue with our current STEAM offerings for kids ages 7–10. Join us for a year full of creativity, exploration, and fun!
